At 08:00 your driver welcomes you in the lobby of the hotel in Amman. Together you drive two hours in the north of Jordan.
Umm Qais (Gadara) belonged to the famous Decapolis, a union of 10 cities, founded by Alexander the Great. Here you can have a glimpse on the overwhelming view over the north Jordan Valley, the Golan Heights and the Sea of Galilee.
Ajloun Castle is the great 12th century Islamic castle built around 1184/85 by the famous Islamic leader Salah al-Din. The hilltop edifice is a stunning example of medieval Arab-Islamic military architecture, and was built to dominate three major passages into northwest Jordan
Jerash is the best example of a Roman provincial city in the whole Middle East. Visit the spectacular forum, Roman colonnaded, The Nymphaeum and the Temple of Artemis.
