Please provide your flight number at the time of booking so we can track your arrival and adjust pickup time accordingly. For King Hussein Bridge pickups, please provide your expected crossing time at the time of booking. Border crossing times can vary significantly, so your driver will stay in contact with you throughout the process and will be waiting at the exit point once you clear customs. For both pickup points, please ensure your WhatsApp number is provided at booking so your driver can reach you directly if needed. If you experience any delays or changes to your arrival time, simply message us and we will adjust accordingly at no extra charge.
